ACFW Introduces The End
Wednesday, June 1, 2011 6:48 PM
JUNE 1, 2011—In line with ACFW’s ongoing efforts to train its members in the craft of fiction, a new program was introduced on June 1, 2011. Now, in addition to:
• online courses
• daily peer encouragement through its main email loop and genre loops
• critique groups
• NovelTrack-Writing
• NovelTrack-Editing
• NovelTrack-Polishing
• and other educational opportunities,
ACFW introduces THE END, an incentive program to encourage unpublished writers to push through to complete a full manuscript. ACFW members who are unpublished in fiction are rewarded for completing a formerly unfinished manuscript with a badge to add to their website. In addition, their name is added to a pool from which will be drawn a complimentary registration to the following year’s annual ACFW conference, the largest specialized all-fiction conference. For more information, contact THE END coordinator, Elizabeth (Lisa) Ludwig at TheEnd@acfw.com.
