I Corinthians 15:58–Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.
Thank you, Father, for Allison’s dedication year after year. She truly brings a sense of order and peace to the conference, despite last-minute emergencies and snafus. She takes a rather large load on her shoulders. Give her the strength she needs to stand firm as she carries out her tasks and oversee the coordination of the conference staff members. Breathe wisdom into her heart and mind and enable her to make decisions that will bless others and best serve the purpose of ACFW.
Help us to remember to be thankful and kind as she and the staff take care of our needs. Let Allison continue to be an example of Your love and kindness. Reassure her that her work is not in vain. And give us the opportunity to be a blessing to her as she brings comfort to us through her willingness to serve.
Even now, let her turn her heart to what You have planned for this conference. Unite her in thought and mind with Your will. Let peace flow from her over all the conference staff and allow them to work together as brothers and sisters in the Lord. Thank you for her willingness to commit of time and energy to You in this area.
