NEW INNOVATION!
ACFW is pleased to partner with the Christian Book Group (CBD) to offer our conference attendees an innovative virtual bookstore for 2013 in the form of a linked CBD/ ACFW web page.
ACFW/CBD Virtual Bookstore
Beginning in May and running through October, anyone—including the general public—will be able to purchase ACFW conferee, sponsor, and faculty member books (that meet the virtual bookstore qualifications) through the ACFW/CBD virtual bookstore page.
In addition to the benefits of being able to purchase more books than your luggage allows, more books than you’d like to ship home, you’ll have the same wide selection of ACFW author books you’ve come to expect from the ACFW conference bookstore plus unprecedented ease in taking advantage of a steady stream of special discounts and features. You can invite your friends and readers to take advantage of what’s offered through this unique virtual store as well, benefiting both the authors and ACFW.
Conference workshops, appointments, and other related events are utilizing every inch available to us in our Indianapolis conference venue. So this is the perfect year to introduce another added-value benefit for our conferees, sponsors, and published authors.
ACFW/CBD Virtual Bookstore
Special benefits to... Sponsors: In a “this week’s specials” section, our conference sponsors’ books will be featured on a rotating basis.
Faculty members: Book(s) by our conference faculty members will be found under the “featured authors” section of the ACFW/CBD virtual bookstore page.
Authors: Once a month, as qualifying authors finalize their registration for the conference, their book(s) will be featured in the “recommended” section of the ACFW/CBD virtual bookstore page. The earlier authors finalize registration, the more exposure they’ll receive.
Volunteers: As a benefit to authors who sign up to volunteer at conference, once their registrations are finalized, their qualifying book(s) will be featured under the “ACFW Focus” section of the ACFW/CBD virtual bookstore page.
Carol Award Finalists: Once the Carol Awards finalists are announced at the end of June, they will be featured on the ACFW/CBD virtual bookstore page with an ACFW Carol Award Finalist designation.
New Releases: Those ACFW members whose titles are included in each month's FictionFinder New Releases list will be included on the virtual bookstore page

Participation of an individual presenter, agent, editor, or publisher in the ACFW conference does not constitute endorsement by ACFW. Conference attendees are advised to use due diligence and take personal responsibility when choosing industry professionals with whom to schedule appointments or enter into agreement.
