American Christian Fiction Writers ("ACFW") respects the privacy of visitors to its website. It's important to ACFW to help our members, and visitors to our website, retain their privacy when they take advantage of what our website has to offer.

Access to your information is limited only to those ACFW board members, employees or volunteers whom are required to keep your information confidential. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your user name and password, so do not share these with others.
ACFW will not sell or give away your name, mailing address, phone number, email address or any other information to anyone without your specific consent.
If at any time, you wish to stop receiving Loop emails and other information from us, you may do so by following the instructions listed in the Members Only Area of our website or by contacting webmaster@acfw.com.
We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time at the Members Only Area of the website. There, you can:
- View and edit personal information you have already given us.
- Sign up for Loop emails, including the Main Loop, Prayer Loop, and Course Loop. You can also access our Forums section.
- Opt-out of any or all of the above.
ACFW has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
