Topic: For all attending to have a servant’s heart toward those around them
John 3:34-35–A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We pray that all attending our Christian writer’s conference fully embrace your command to love one another, as you have loved us.
We pray that the writers, editors, and agents lovingly assist one another in their travel and accommodations, with luggage, meals, workshop preparations, presentations and in question and answer sessions.
We pray, Lord, that your Holy Spirit imbue teachers with humility, perception, and service; that they may better meet the needs and aspirations of rising writers.
We pray that the networking gatherings, meals, and social interactions be filled with encouragement and love.
We pray that the spirit of Christ be in every face, word, gesture, and thought; that the attendees see Christ in one another and in each member of the conference staff and in all hospitality workers.
We ask that you bring us together at the foot of the cross for a successful meeting and conference.
