ACFW 40 Days of Prayer – Day 26: First-time Attendees
Phillippians 4:6
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for first-time attendees so they will not be anxious or worried about anything. Instead, let them be thankful for new conference opportunities, knowing that You have directed their steps. In every situation, may they feel Your peace as they bring their requests to You in prayer and petition We pray that You will meet their needs, and let them learn and grow in their writing craft. May they meet new friends, have “divine appointments,” be refreshed by the worship, and be uplifted by the speakers. Use the rest of us, Lord, to reach out to newcomers with Your love and compassion, welcoming them to join us as we travel on this writing journey.
