2017 ACFW CONFERENCE – 40 DAYS OF PRAYER
DAY 13 – 9/8/17 – HOTEL STAFF
Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible…I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings. 1 Corinthians 9:19, 23 (NIV)
Heavenly Father, we ACFW Conference attendees will descend as a large mass upon the hotel, checking in with many questions, needing help with our bags and equipment, and making many requests of the hotel staff and restaurant employees. We pray for them, buffeted by waves of guests when various conferences come and go. Give us patience and kindness toward them rather than a demanding attitude. May we remember to speak with respect, aware that You teach us to honor servants to the same degree as masters. May our smiles encourage a smile on their lips and an awareness that we appreciate their service. We pray that in showing godliness in our actions and attitudes, we may nudge some toward a closer relationship with You. In the name of Jesus, amen.
