DAY 2 – Topic: Safe Travel with Good Weather
Luke 8:24b–And He got up and rebuked the wind and the surging waves, and they stopped, and it became calm.
Father God, we come to You, the One who created wind and rain, the One who still commands their attention. So many of us have faced disappointment and frustration in the past when weather interferes with travel plans. As we approach the ACFW conference, we ask for safety for all who travel. Set a guard around us whether we travel by night or by day. We ask You for divine favor over the weather so our staff, guests, and attendees can arrive in a timely manner, unruffled, safe, without delays. We pray that You will work mightily on our behalf for our protection as we seek to hone our craft and serve You with our work.
