ACFW Conference Prayer: Wisdom in decision making for the ACFW Executive Board
Romans 15:5–Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus.
Father God, source of all wisdom, you know what goes before and what comes behind. We ask your wisdom and discernment for the ACFW executive board as they prepare for this conference. Let your Holy Spirit whisper your plans in their ears that they may be joined in one purpose, that their corporate decisions will be those you would have them make. We ask in Jesus’ most precious name. Amen.

Leadership is quite a task,
and God’s wisdom is needed
so here today, we humbly ask
that it’s given, and it’s heeded.
It’s not always the simplest thing
to know what’s in God’s holy heart,
so let us to the throne room bring
submission, that we may do our part.
There will be slips along the way;
we’re only human, after all,
but in seeking guidance, every day,
the stumble shall not be a fall.
Let us deeply His word learn
that when He speaks, we may discern.
