I had previously listed restaurants located in the dining hall AKA food court of Park Meadows Mall. The following restaurants are located at Park Meadows Mall but are not in the dining hall AKA food court. Some of them are inside the mall, the others are located in the parking lot surrounding the mall.

For more info on the restaurants go to the mall’s restaurant site: http://parkmeadows.com/html/mallattractions.asp

Restaurants located inside the mall:

The Cheesecake Factory http://www.thecheesecakefactory.com/
200 menu selections including Appetizers, Pizza, Pasta, Seafood, Steaks, Salads, Sandwiches, and more. Our menu also features specialty dishes like Chicken Madeira, Miso Salmon, Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, and The Factory Burger.

California Café http://californiacafe.com/littleton/menus/index.php
This is one of my favorite restaurants. They have a great menu that caters to many tastes and appetites. I usually order from their small-plates selections. They are a fine size for a meal, but sometimes I’ll add a cup of soup or a salad. You can get a great meal there for around $15, and if someone wants a larger meat-and-potatoes portion (NY strip, ½ chicken), that’s available too for a slightly higher price. A burger is $11.75. **Gluten Free Menu

Grand Lux Cafe (Adjacent to Dining Hall but it has an outside entrance.) http://www.grandluxcafe.com/
Grand Lux Cafe’s eclectic menu offers extraordinary variety and selection, with flavor profiles ranging from Thai, Malaysian and Caribbean, to classic American and European specialties.

Restaurants located outside the mall (in the parking lot surrounding the mall.):

The area on the west side of the mall is called The Vistas. If you go through the mall, it’s outside of the Borders Bookstore. They have several restaurants grouped there

In addition, side dishes such as Fried Pickle Chips, Sweet Potato Fries and Onion Strings, along with a variety of appetizers, non-burger sandwiches, and desserts, are also offered. The Counter offers amazing malts, liquor, wine, and beer.

Fish City Grill www.fishcitygrill.com Located in The Vistas. **They also have a gluten-free menu. I’ve eaten here and loved it. I can’t find prices, but if they were pricey, I’d remember. ? They refer to themselves as a fun, casual restaurant offering an extensive seafood menu and made from scratch specialties such as New England Clam Chowder, fresh Maryland Crab Cakes, Signature Salads, Salmon, Oysters and Shrimp. Their Chalkboards announce twice daily features of fresh and seasonal catches all innovatively prepared to order. When your tastes go beyond seafood – Try their “Things That Don’t Swim” section offering a variety of non-seafood dishes such as mouth-watering Louisiana Pot Roast, a darn good burger and more. They offer a full-service bar with signature margaritas, local beer selections and a well-positioned wine list.
