If you’ve ever been parasailing, you know the exhilarating feeling of the wind in your face, the serene solitude of flying through the air, and the breathtaking scenery of the ocean below. If you’re a writer, you envision the many ways parasailing can relate to the creative mind in the development of an intriguing story.Parasailing

Whether you write for publication or parasail for fun, success with any endeavor depends on motivation and proper training. You understand the need to devote long hours on your keyboard spilling each thought onto paper. You capture every quiet moment to add another scene as you soar in the solitude of plot.

Every story is a potential masterpiece just as each parasail ride can surpass the magnificence of the one before. God’s landscape tapestry changes with the seasons while your persistence to write improves with diligence.

There will always be challenges with writer’s block similar to the problems of measuring adequate wind flow for a perfect flight. Pressing through those blank moments will awaken your imagination like patience during the stillness will teach good parasail judgment.

Make Constant Adjustments

Revisions and edits are ongoing like constant adjustments to parasailing equipment. Corrections to punctuation are as vital to the manuscript as safety inspections are with each parasail ride.

Pay Attention to Details
A flawless submission demands obedience to precise details, just as lift-off of the parasail requires perfect timing. You rejoice over acceptance letters for a job well done, like the exuberant customer soaring through the air. But the disappointing rejection letter can knock the wind out of your sail.

Apply Proper Techniques
As a writer, you’re determined to apply proper techniques while you search for beneficial platforms. The longing to enhance your writing drives you to seek out writers’ conferences filled with educational topics. Your head spins with exhaustive guidelines, and yet if you keep striving to succeed—you will.

God has given you a special gift-the gift of writing. A gift He desires for you to hone and use wisely.

Whether you’re an aspiring new author or the author of many works, your writing is uniquely you. It thrusts your voice forward causing your readers to experience an array of emotions and keeps them searching for more. So whatever you do, don’t give up.

Allow the wind to lift your sail.
Cherish those moments of solitude.
Create breath taking works.
